What do the AI Social Media Manager and AI Blogger do?

The Social Media Manager generates goal-aligned calendars, platform-specific posts and visuals, and answers questions about performance. The Blogger uses your business information to draft articles and can publish to a connected WordPress website. Both depend on accurate knowledge, valid connections, and your chosen publishing settings.

Do I control what goes live?

Yes. Review, edit, or discard drafts, schedule approved content, or choose automatic publishing after setup. A connected WordPress site is optional for blog publishing. Your team remains responsible for checking facts, claims, links, and brand fit. The subscription does not include Click Media editorial approval.

Are AI videos or automatic comment replies included?

No. Those capabilities remain marked Coming Soon by the vendor and are not part of our current offer. Existing comment-management tools should not be confused with automatic AI replies.

Does this replace a social-media strategist?

It can reduce the time required for planning, drafting, scheduling, and routine performance questions. It does not replace custom campaign strategy, original photography, community management, legal review, or executive judgment.

Which networks are supported?

Premium includes the Standard and Pro publishing options, including Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Custom Feed. Connections and supported post types remain subject to each platform's current API rules.

Is custom content creation by Click Media included?

No. Social Content Engine is a self-service software subscription. Original shoots, campaign strategy, managed publishing, and editorial services would be separately scoped.

What are the billing and cancellation details?

$59/month is billed monthly. Confirm cancellation notice, effective dates and refund eligibility with Click Media before purchase. Cancellation and refunds are separate actions.

What if registration leaves my cart empty?

Verify your email, then return to this page and select Get Started again. The known account-registration cart issue remains unresolved. Contact info@clickmedianow.com for access, billing or activation exceptions; product defects can be escalated to platform support.
